RUBIN is the modular standard software for trade fair, congress and event management. With the right RUBIN modules and functions, you can take your management to a new level. Open event-related online shops for exhibitor registration and service bookings. Smart transfer functions control the data flow from the shops to the production system. You can provide relevant information and announcements in the customer account 365 days a year and improve communication with your customers. Forward incoming orders from the online shops directly to your service partners. Service partners can collect the ordered services from their own service partner shop and have the services provided confirmed on site on the tablet by the exhibitor. You can offer your guest organisers a full range of services with a special online shop for guest events. Interfaces from the online shops, e.g. to existing ticket systems and modern authentication round off your online portfolio.
All basic data used when setting up the shop is taken from the existing master data.
All order data flows into the production system without interfaces.
The RUBIN Online Service Center works on its own server, which is operated autonomously in the demilitarised zone (DMZ) and communicates with the RUBIN production system via an encrypted channel.
RUBIN online shops offer login and no-login access depending on the shop type. Modern OIDC authentication offers customers maximum convenience.
RUBIN online shops can be pre-assigned with existing data from the production system for customers.
Additional modules
Data is transferred between the RUBIN production system and the RUBIN Online Service Centre without an interface. Data entered for exhibitors from the RUBIN online shops is available for transfer to the production system and is visible in the RUBIN Trade Fairs and Exhibitions module. Data can be transferred manually or automatically. In the other direction, online shops for exhibitors can be pre-assigned with existing data. The exhibitor can then complete the stand registration with a single click, as in the previous year.
