Standard processes are automated with the RUBIN Service and Logistics module: Workflow management supports all parties involved – internal project teams as well as external service providers – in their tasks. This means that several service providers can be stored for each service.
If a service item is booked, the order can be generated for the supplier specified in the booking. Define particularly reliable providers as standard suppliers. If bookings change at short notice, the service provider receives a list containing the new order, including visible changes. All information is included in the order history.
Finally, invoicing can also be conveniently handled in RUBIN.
All available services (for a specific trade fair or event) can be conveniently searched for, recorded and analysed.
