The shops in the RUBIN Online Service Centre are “self-serve machines” for the order of, for example, services, catalogue entries or tickets. For this all master data from existing default shops are used to set up new shops. This eliminates the time-consuming editing of duplicates. All order data flows into the production system without using interfaces after confirmation by a RUBIN user.
Technology
The RUBIN Online Service Centre works on a separate server, which operates independently on the internet and communicates with the RUBIN production system over an encrypted line. This ensures that your business operates independently and flexibly; and that it reaches the necessary integration quality. You run it on your own internet servers or run it in the RUBIN Online Service Centre cloud. Apart from different shops, tablet apps and web services are some of the services we offer. In the newest 4.0 version, the focus lies on responsive design.
